According to the terms of the Agreement, Providential Holdings will receive up to 10% of stock in the new public company for consulting services and invest up to $500,000 into Cavico Corporation.

Agent155 Media Group Announces Reverse Stock Split

Thực tế trong việc này là quan hệ tay ba giữa Cavico VN, người bbán tài sản, Agent115 Media Group, Inc, người mua tài sản và Providential Holding Company, đơn vị môi giới vụ mua bán này. Vấn đề là ở chỗ, sau khi mua bán này thành công Agent115 Media Group sẽ đổi tên thành Cavico Corp và có mã chứng khoán tại thị trường OTC Mỹ là CVCP chứ không còn mã chứng khoán CUSIP nữa. Như vậy là Chính Agent115 Media Group tham gia thi truong OTC My va có tham vọng tham gia vào thị trường niêm yết Mỹ ( senior market). Vấn đề là đằng sau vụ này là hai tham vọng:
