Inter-bank interest rate is increased in all periods, reach ON 3,00%, 1W 4,50%, 1M 6,75%. State Bank of VN pumped VND 4,76k yesterday through the open market ( not issue credit). The pumping quantity over the last 2 days were higher than normal, bbut probably not due to the impact from lower interest rates on OMO (from 8% to 7%) but more than that from the year-end liquidity pressures. In addition, credit growth in December increased sharply (about 2.21% compared to December 11, but this increase is less than 4% of 12/2011), and an increase of the year to 6.45% (still lower than plan amendment is 8%). But this growth is still lower than 4% of Dec 2011 and bring the annual growth to 6,45% (still lower than edited plan 8%). There is no guarantee that capital is brought to the economy and need to be monitored further because the banks may increase the credit to catch the 2013 target just as they did last year.

From the technical perspective. RSI is moving slowly into the overbought, however the slightly increase is still has. Stop buying at high price and wait for the taking profit point. The upper resistant would be 404-406.
