    Theo quan điểm cá nhân em thì thay đổi thời gian như trên chỉ giải quyết được vấn đề "lượng" thôi, còn "chất" thì "vưỡn thế".

    mấy hôm nay đi đâu cũng xôn xao về thông tư 13 .cái thông tư này nó làm bà con điên đảo xoai chóng cả mặt.hôm thứ 6 cuối tuần rồi ,tin đồn về cái thông tư này nó thêu dệt một cách bi quan trong tâm trạng hoảng loạn của bà con,thế là hàng được tung ra ồ ạt bất chấp bán bằng mọi giá,nhưng hàng ra bao nhiêu đuều bị hốt gọn đúng là cá mập đã đánh đúng điểm yếu của bà con để gom mẽ cá lớn.phiên thứ hai 13-9 sẽ úp mạnh.

    ok cái vụ kéo dài thời gian giao dịch này bà con cũng không hồ hởi mấy.bà con mình đang mong chờ cái vụ T+ kia mà sao cái ông UBCK này cứ hứa hẹn nhiều thế nhỉ làm bà con mất niềm tin.

    Cái T+2 chắc phải chờ "gương mặt mới" thôi, còn anh B còn đang lo T+? của mình, thì còn đầu óc nào làm cho ACE mình T+2 nữa.
