THG-profit analysis

In 2019 THG reached eps above 8,000, the highest profit in history. Dividends decided by the General Meeting of Shareholders are 50%, including 40% in cash and 10% in shares. Gross profit is over 300 billion while there is only 10 billion financial expense.

THG operates in the fields of concrete (fresh and prefabricated), real estate (land and industrial land, leasing) and construction (civil, industrial and irrigation). In particular, the 2019 profit is mostly from concrete and real estate.

• Concrete

Tan Phuoc new factory has been operating since 2017, gradually operating at full capacity. In the first quarter of 2020, sales doubled in the context of the Covid-19 epidemic. This segment promises strong growth with favorable factors: building irrigation systems against drought, Trung Luong-My Thuan expressway, upgrading urban areas, building residental area and internal industrial zones, building factories.

• Land for real estate

Average gross profit is up to 200%, almost no selling and administrative expenses. In 2019-2020, they have revenue from Nguyen Trai Residential Area in Go Cong. By the end of 2020, they will continue to have residental area Nguyen Trong Dan here.

2021-2024, they will have another big residental area in Cai Lay. They are preparing for 2022 onwards to have revenue from two very large residental area projects in My Tho City.

• Industrial real estate

2019 has not contributed to this segment yet.

By the end of 2019, they had a deposit for the first 10.4 ha in Gia Thuan industrial park. The selling price decreased by 5% for the first lot of USD 76/m2. Gross profit for this lot is about 135 billion.

Gia Thuan 1 and Gia Thuan 2 industrial clusters and an extension of 150 ha, of which 120 ha are for construction of factories.

With the assumptions: agricultural land rent, compensation costs, lobby costs, construction costs unchanged, the selling price is around USD 80/m2. Total revenue of this area is about USD 96 million. Estimated cost of capital is lower than USD 30 million. Or about VND 1500 billion gross profit. It is expected that this area will be sold in 5-6 years from 2020.

In this area, industrial land is planned to reach 2000 hectares.

• Industrial building

120 hectares of factory building is estimated to cost about VND 3000 billion. THG will provide most of the piles, pipes, fresh concrete and can build part of the factory.

Cơ sở giai đoạn này...tất cả cùng có ăn sau một thời gian dài đa số lõm, sau thời gian khá dài để tích lũy...năng lượng để đi lên còn rất nhiều.

Cứ đà này có khi sóng này còn to hơn cả hồi 2017... stock market chủ yếu là dòng tiền mà tiền lắm thế này thì làm sao!
