THE STRATEGIC PARTNERSHIP SIGNING CEREMONY BETWEEN BOHO DECOR CO., LTD AND TRUONG THANH FURNITURE CORPORATION


On 19th April 2019 in Ho Chi Minh City, BOHO DECOR CO., LTD (BOHO DÉCOR) and TRUONG THANH FURNITURE CORPORATION (TTF) signed a cooperation agreement on the basis of developing full potential and strengths of both companies.
The event is strategically important for both sides. The cooperation aims to promote BOHO DÉCOR images and values, as well as give TTF the opportunity to expand, diversify manufacturing, and improve business efficiency and competitiveness.



BOHO DÉCOR is a fast-growing interior design and build company. With a team of experienced architects and engineers graduated from top universities in Vietnam and abroad, BOHO DÉCOR has gained a foothold in the market through hospitality, office and residential projects. By maximizing the efficiency and aesthetics of the designs, BOHO DÉCOR wants to achieve the limits of interior design and construction. 2019 is the year for BOHO DÉCOR to reach out for the international market.
TTF has a long-established business for wooden furniture. Through reputable retailers namely Ikea, Ashley, At Home, Kosmo, TTF has been providing products with an international standard for European, American and Japan markets. To domestic market, TTF has affirmed its position as a reputable contractor to supply interior and exterior installation for large projects.





Together, BOHO DÉCOR and TTF will create a closed-loop value chain from design, product to construct. The purpose of this chain is to set up “comprehensive furniture solutions” which will enhance products qualities, optimize costs and projects progress and bring ultimate economic benefits to customers. The strategic partnership signing ceremony is expected to mark an important milestone in long-term and continuous cooperation between TTF and BOHO DÉCOR, positively contribute towards interior design and construction field in Vietnam.
