Hôm nay, 18:09 #67 Mình mà là bác Dũng KSA thì mua ngay 500K KSA giá sàn mấy bữa giờ trước DHCD. Giờ KSA chỉ cần có 1 tin tốt thôi thì chạy còn hơn xe lửa. Đội lái chắc biết điều này vì PR em KSA quá rồi, chỉ là cái bánh Titan chưa thành hình nên các bác đè xuống thôi.

Khi cái bánh Titan đúng thật sự thành hình thì không có gì đỡ nổi, giá sẽ gấp 3 lần BMC hiện giờ. Mà chiếc bánh này chắc chắn sẽ hình thành thôi.
Lý do là Titan đã khai thác bữa bãi, khai thác lậu ở Bình Thuận lâu rồi, bây giờ nên hợp thức hóa 1 cái nhà máy để kiểm soát. Khoáng sản Titan trị giá hơn 100 tỷ đô la ở Bình Thuận đã có hiển nhiên, không lẽ chỉ có 1 cái nhà máy khai thác và chế biến Titan giá cỡ chỉ chục triệu $ lại không thể làm được thì quá hết sức là vô lý. Lý do có thể là đang kẹt vài vụ nhỏ về chia chác hay là đụng đến môi trường + du lịch ở Bình Thuận thôi. Mà vụ này thì giải quyết quá dễ vì chiếc bánh hơn 100 tỷ đô là quá lớn, gần bằng cả GDP Việt Nam hiện giờ.

BMC đã khai thác Titan, có lợi nhuận đi trước rồi . KSA sẽ dễ dàng học kinh nghiệm kỹ thuật và thị trường của em BMC mà đẩy nhanh tiến độ khai thác Titan.

Còn nữa, các bác chú ý thông tin này "All titanium slag factories in Vietnam are using outdated technology from China". Anh Trung Quốc chắc chắn là không thể bỏ qua cơ hội quý báu này đâu . Anh TQ đã nhắm đến Boxit Tây Nguyên, không lẽ lại bỏ qua Titan ở Bình Thuận gần sát bên.

TITANIUM SLAG AND ULTRAFINE ZIRCON PROCESSING PROJECTS​

Introduction: Vietnam is a country of the plentiful titanium resources. Titanium ore is distributed in many areas but is most concentrated in the Middle South Viet Nam. Binh Thuan province is the biggest "titanium mine" of the country with the capacity of useful heavy minerals approximate 500 million tons.
Recently, the provisions of the Mineral Law aim to limit the export of raw mineral, encourage in deep processing and investment. Oriented development of titanium processing industry is to improve and modernize the technology for separating and raising product quality which gradually building ilmenite deep-processing facilities and symbiosis mineral into high-value products such as synthetic rutile, titanium slag, ultrafine zircon, TiO2 pigment...
1. OBJECTIVES OF THE PROJECTS:

- Investment in building Titanium slag and ultrafine zirconium powder processing factories, using zircon and ilmenite ore concentrate as raw material in Binh Thuan province and adjacent areas, providing products to domestic market and export.
- Contributing in the planning of industrial development of Binh Thuan province, increasing huge income to the budget of Binh Thuan province in particular and country in general.
- Implementing the natural resources deep processing policy, restricting the export of raw product.
- Creating jobs for local workers, contributing to economic, social and cultural development.
This investment project is a meaningful science word; applying new technologies, opening up towards the titanium ore deep processing in Vietnam for the highest economic efficiency and friendly environment. Titanium deep exploiting and processing has been oriented by the Vietnam‘s government for the titanium industry in 2025 through Decision No. 104/QD-TTg on 07/13/2007. This is a oriented important sector for implementing titanium manufacturing and deep processing projects in Vietnam. All titanium slag factories in Vietnam are using outdated technology from China and we would like to use modern technology from Australia, Canada…
2. PROJECTS:

2.1. The project’s products and capacity scale:
I. HOA THANG TITANIUM SLAG PROCESSING FACTORY
► 48.000 tpa of titanium slag
►24.000 tpa of cast iron
II. BINH THUAN TITANIUM SLAG PROCESSING FACTORY
►60.000 tpa of titanium slag
►30.000 tpa of cast iron
III. ULTRA FINE ZIRCONIUM PROCESSING FACTORY
►10.000 tpa of ultra fine zircon

2.2. Technological requirements:
Investors choose technologies and equipments according to forte and experience but the equipments must be synchronous and produced from 2002 to now. The factory’s technologies must comply with environmental regulations of Vietnamese Law.

III. ULTRA FINE ZIRCONIUM PROCESSING FACTORY 10.000 tpa
►4.5 milion US Dollards, in which:
- Construction :0.5 milion USD
- Equipments :3.3 milion USD
- Working capital :0.7 milion USD

2.4. Investment forms:

ULTRA FINE ZIRCONIUM PROCESSING FACTORY​

- Construction the new titanium slag processing factory content titanium slag TiO2 ≥ 87% and cast iron
- Constructing the new ultra-fine zirconium processing factory content ultra-fine zirconium ≤ 45µm.

The factory is invested by the Company's ownership – with rising capital: company’s loans and loans by statutory.
3. POLICY OF THE STATE, NATIONAL ECONOMIC NEEDS:

The synthetic rutile and ultrafine zircon powder processing project meet the undertakings of the Party and State on the titanium ore exploiting and processing:
- Deep-processed titanium products have high economic value, to meet domestic demand, import substitution, and gradually stopped declining concentrate exports.
- Promoting science and technology achievements to build and develop titanium ore processing industry with modern technology so saving natural resources, economic efficiency, and environmental protection.
4. FACTORIES’S LOCATION:

The factory will be located in Thang Hai industrial park with a total area of 25 hectares, consistent with the general planning of the province. This location is near the primary source of ilmenite beneficiation, convenience of transportation: machinery, equipment, raw materials and finishing products. Sparsely population, stable geological conditions surrounding the factory, the risk of natural disasters such as storm, flood almost never happen. There is the national power transmission lines next to the factory, thus, the construction cost of electricity supply system can be reduced. Communication systems are relatively favorable.

5.THE INCENTIVES FOR THESE PROJECTS:

5.1. Exemption or reduction of land rents, charges for infrastructure investment projects in the Industrial Park. Rental charges for using land and infrastructure as follows:
- Rental of land with infrastructure: 20.00 USD/m2/50 years.
- Charges for using infrastructure 0,15 USD/m2/year.
5.2. The tax policy applies to domestic and foreign investors:
The investment project in Thang Hai Industrial Park are applied the corporate income tax rate of 15% in 12 years; be free 03 years from having taxable income and discounting 50% of the payable tax within 10 years to 18 years, depending on the investment field, number of employees and the project’s export revenues.
5.3. Import tax:
Import duty exemption for imported goods to create fixed assets, including:

Equipments, machinery, vehilces in the imported technological lines to create fixed assets of enterprises and the vehilce used for transporting workers (cars’s 24 seats or more, waterway facilities). Details of components, parts, accessories, accessories for equipment, machinery and vehilces are mentioned above and construction materials which can not be produced locally.
Import tax exemption: Raw materials for manufacturing, including raw materials, imported semi finished products for manufacturing in the 05 years since the start of manufacture. Raw materials, spare parts and imported materials for manufacturing export goods.
5.4. Additional incentives on corporate income tax for investors and business exports:
· 50% reduction of payable enterprise income tax for the earned income in the following cases:
- Exports in the first year were done by direct export.
- Exporting the other new goods with the economic-technical feature different from the exported previous items.
- Exporting to a new country or a new territory different from the previous market.
