General Comments: Futures closed lower and gave back a lot of the gains seen on Wednesday. There was lot of talk that the market has fully priced in the bullish fundamentals. Indonesia set its Sugar import quota this week could import 700,000 tons in the third quarter. Reports from the Indian Ag Ministry suggest that India will import the greatest amount of Sugar in years due to the short local production created by the drought. Imports could total 2.1 million tons. The Brazil crop and harvest suffered from big rains about a month ago, and more recently had to contend with freezing temperatures. It was a very positive performance for the market. Indian sources report that the monsoon has been a little erratic so far this year and that not all areas are getting beneficial rains. India has imposed an export tax due to reduced production last year and is hoping for a good monsoon to help create a surplus production and restore stocks. Southeast Asia is getting some rain, but more rain would be beneficial to crops that suffered from drought last season.
Overnight News: Brazil will get mostly dry conditions. Temperatures should average near to above normal. ICE said deliveries were 23,706 contracts.
Chart Trends: Trends in New York are up with objectives of 2140 October. Support is at 2020, 1980, and 1950 October, and resistance is at 2120, 2140, and 2170 October. Trends in London are up with objectives of 573.00 October. Support is at 549.00, 541.00, and 535.00 October, and resistance is at 570.00, 572.00, and 575.00 October.

Với giá đang giao dịch ở mức 565.1$/tấn và thuế NK 5%. Giá vốn hàng bán của nhà NK / thương mại tại Việt Nam khoảng 14.470đ/kg đến 14,800 đ/kg.

Giá đường thế giới vẫn tăng và sẽ tiếp tục tăng là do Trung Quốc, Inđô, các nước Châu á tăng cường nhập khẩu vì sản lượng đường sx của các nước sở tại giảm từ 18% - 32%. Nhất là sắp bước vào mùa sx hàng hóa /bánh kẹo phục vụ cho các dịp lể Trung thu... và bước qua kỳ giáp hạt.
