Hề hề...Ku em nên nhớ, tại phiên họp thường kỳ CP vừa qua, TTg NTD đã "phím" giá xăng dầu sẽ được thả nổi theo giá thị trường. Ý kụ nêu rõ, giá hợp lý trong khoảng 14-15k/lít...hề hề....tin này mà Ku em nói ko ảnh hưởng đến Thị trường thì anh chịu luôn...
Hơn nữa, Kụ Dũng cũng đã phím, lạm phát năm nay sẽ ở khoảng 25%....Ku em hô mạnh vào....nhưng nên nhớ đặt lệnh múc sớm nhé....mà anh dặn, đừng tham múc sàn...ko múc được đâu....

Crude Oil Falls as Ministers Signal OPEC Won''t Reduce Output

Sept. 9 (Bloomberg) -- Crude oil fell to a five-month low as the Saudi Arabian and Venezuelan oil ministers signaled that OPEC will maintain production levels when it meets today in Vienna.

The market is ``well-balanced'''' Saudi Oil Minister Ali al- Naimi said today. Rafael Ramirez, Venezuela''s energy and oil minister, said the group should leave production unchanged. Most analysts surveyed by Bloomberg News expect the Organization of Petroleum Exporting Countries to keep output unchanged. Oil also fell as Hurricane Ike weakened and veered away from platforms in the Gulf of Mexico.

``If Venezuela is comfortable with a rollover, we aren''t going to see a cut from OPEC,'''' said Tim Evans, an energy analyst with Citi Futures Perspective in New York. ``There will probably be a lot of talk about compliance, and little else.''''

Crude oil for October delivery fell $2.13, or 2 percent, to $104.21 a barrel at 11:19 a.m. on the New York Mercantile Exchange. Futures touched $103.71, the lowest since April 3, as prices fell for the seventh day in eight. Prices have dropped 29 percent from a record $147.27 on July 11.

``We have worked very hard since June''s meeting to bring prices to where they are now,'''' al-Naimi said upon arrival in Vienna. ``We have been very successful.''''

Saudi Arabia, the world''s largest oil producer, pledged to raise output by 500,000 barrels a day through June and July to calm prices. It hosted an emergency meeting of oil producers and consumers in June to discuss how to stabilize markets. Saudi King Abdullah said oil prices above $100 a barrel were too high, in an interview with Italian newspaper La Repubblica on July 16.

Venezuelan Comments

``Venezuela will support leaving production unchanged'''' at today''s meeting, Ramirez said as he arrived at his hotel in Vienna. ``Stocks are at a comfortable level and we''re seeing an overproduction of 1 million to 1.5 million barrels a day.''''

Ramirez called for stricter compliance with production quotas to counter a potential gain in stockpiles in the first quarter next year. ``History has shown that if inventories rise above normal levels, we will have a price collapse,'''' he said.

The market is nearing an ``equilibrium'''' at about $100 a barrel, Ramirez said. He declined to comment on whether an output cut is on the table at today''s gathering and said an additional meeting before OPEC''s Dec. 17 summit in Algeria is possible. ``We will carefully have to monitor the market until then,'''' he added.

The OPEC members with quotas produced about 592,000 barrels a day more than their official limit of 29.673 million last month, according to Bloomberg News estimates. Iraq has no quota.

OPEC''s Aim

``The last thing OPEC wants is to see economies crater around the world,'''' said Chip Hodge, a managing director at MFC Global Investment Management in Boston, who oversees a $4.5 billion energy-company bond portfolio. ``They want to see strong demand growth.''''

Brent crude oil for October settlement declined $2, or 1.9 percent, to $101.44 a barrel on London''s ICE Futures Europe. Prices touched $101.16, the lowest since April 2. The contract has dropped nine straight days, the longest stretch since 1988.

Ike weakened to Category 1 on the 5-step Saffir-Simpson scale of intensity as it passed over Cuba, easing concern it will damage Gulf of Mexico oil facilities. Sustained winds dropped to 80 miles (130 kilometers) per hour, the U.S. National Hurricane Center said on its Web site at 11 a.m. Miami time.

Hurricane Path

Ike was moving across Cuba''s western tip and was forecast to strengthen as it turns west into the Gulf. The center''s 5-day forecast shows the storm making landfall near Corpus Christi, Texas. Earlier forecasts had the hurricane moving toward the Louisiana coast.

``The main thing moving the market is that Ike has veered to the southwest,'''' said Tom Bentz, senior energy analyst at BNP Paribas in New York. ``It''s now expected to make landfall on the south Texas coast, which will spare most of the platforms and refining areas.''''

Gasoline for October delivery fell 8.65 cents, or 3.2 percent, to $2.6638 a gallon in New York. Heating oil dropped 7.68 cents, or 2.6 percent, to $2.9363 a gallon.

Regular gasoline, averaged nationwide, fell 0.6 cent to $3.652 a gallon, the lowest since the first week of May, the AAA said today on its Web site. Prices reached a record $4.114 a gallon on July 17.

The dollar traded near the highest level against the euro since October earlier today. The dollar has gained 12 percent from the record low of $1.6038 set July 15. A falling dollar during the first half of the year led investors to purchase commodities as an inflation hedge.

``Ike''s now forecast to move farther west, OPEC looks like it will continue pumping oil at the same high rate and the dollar is relatively strong,'''' Hodge said. ``Good things from the consumer''s point of view are lining up for a change.''''

Các bác chơi thế này không công bằng lắm. Nếu xlight chắc thị trường lên thì cá thứ 6 cao hơn phiên hôm nay còn vẫn thấp hơn thì tặc thắng. Chứ chơi kiểu này mỗi ngày VNI phải down hơn 9 điểm thì mới về dưới 500 được. Thứ 6 này 500<VNI<525 thì tặc mất tiền nhưng em nghĩ tặc thắng.

Không có cổ phiếu khai thác dầu như bên Mẽo đâu bác à! Đừng cố gắng vô ích!

Thông thường khi thấy thị trường có dấu hiệu hồi phục mạnh mẽ như đầu phiên 2 hôm nay thì lập tức các nhà đầu tư cá nhân nhỏ lẻ dừng bán và chuyển sang mua, nhưng hôm nay dù có dấu hiệu hồi phục lượng bán vẫn được bơm thêm ào ạt dìm các BCs chủ chốt xuống sàn. Điều đó cho thấy các quỹ, tổ chức và tay to đang xả hàng chốt lãi, đồng thời dìm thị trường xuống thấp để chuẩn bị cho chu kỳ gom hàng mới.

Dân chứng chuyên nghiệp ai cũng thuộc nằm lòng quá trình 4 giai đoạn của thị trường: tích luỹ, tăng trưởng, phân phối, suy thoái. Các quỹ lớn, các tổ chức đầu tư chuyên nghiệp lại càng nhớ kỹ điều này và từ đó thường hành động giống nhau: khi thị trường tăng trưởng đến một mức nhất định, lợi nhuận đạt mức kỳ vọng, họ đồng loạt bán ra. Thị trường hiện nay cũng vậy, VNI đã tăng ~50%, các quỹ, tổ chức đồng loạt bán ra, lượng cung ào ạt trong 1-2 tuần vừa qua cho thấy rõ điều đó. Và khi đã bán là họ kiên trì bán ròng rã, bán cho kỳ hết thì thôi, vừa chốt lãi, vừa dìm thị trường xuống thấp để chuẩn bị cho chu kỳ tiếp theo. Những tay chơi lớn nắm được thông tin từ các quỹ cũng a dua xả hàng theo. Nói chung thị trường trong ngắn hạn khó có thể lên được vì củ xả to tướng này
