Vào ngày 24 tháng 9, Peg Reed, Giám đốc điều hành các đối tác toàn cầu của Interbank FX, nhà cung cấp các dịch vụ mua bán ngoại hối trực tuyến toàn cầu, sẽ đến Việt Nam để thảo luận về các cơ hội hợp tác trong lĩnh vực kinh doanh ngoại hối tại Việt Nam.

Chuyến đi nằm trong kế hoạch phát triển thị trường của Interbank FX tại 3 nước Việt Nam, Thái Lan, Campuchia.

Không giống như việc mua bán trên thị trường chứng khoán, thị trường ngoại hối không vận hành tập trung. Việc mua bán diễn ra trực tiếp giữa hai bên có nhu cầu, qua điện thoại hoặc mạng Internet trên toàn thế giới. Các trung tâm giao dịch chính được đặt tại Sydney, London, Frankfurt và New York.
