Điều kiện FTSE yêu cầu Việt Nam hoàn thiện trước khi nâng hạng có hiệu lực

1. Tiếp cận qua Global Brokers (nhà môi giới quốc tế):

FTSE yêu cầu Việt Nam phải đảm bảo nhà đầu tư quốc tế có thể giao dịch thông qua các broker toàn cầu (không chỉ nội địa).

Mục tiêu: giúp việc mô phỏng và tái tạo chỉ số (index replication) trở nên khả thi.



2. Hệ thống thanh toán – giao nhận (Settlement System):

FTSE ghi nhận Việt Nam đã xóa bỏ cơ chế pre-funding (tức là không cần ký quỹ trước khi giao dịch).

Đã thiết lập quy trình xử lý giao dịch thất bại (failed trades) theo chuẩn quốc tế.
