As of March 31, 2024, Mr. Pham, Asian Star and VIG have disbursed an aggregate amount of VND20,722.7 billion ($868.3 million) to VinFast as a free grant and Vingroup has disbursed approximately VND23,987 billion ($1.0 billion) in loans to VinFast in accordance with the Capital Funding Agreement.
