Có mấy điều về sự kiện CAVICO lên sàn ở Mỹ em chưa được hiểu rõ nên nhờ mấy bác giải thích cho có được không?
- Cavico VN sáp nhập với Media Group (Mỹ) để lập ra Cavico Corp (công ty Mỹ, hoạt động theo luật Mỹ). Cavico VN trở thành 1 công ty con của Cavico Corp. Cổ phiếu niêm yết ở Mỹ là của Cavico Corp, chứ sao lại là của Cavico VN? Sao lại nói Cavico VN là DN VN đầu tiên niêm yết?
- Pink Sheets là gì? (thật xấu hổ là tôi không biết tiếng Anh)
- Vì niêm yết ở Mỹ là Cavico Corp, công ty Mỹ nên không thể nói Cavico VN qua mặt nhà chức trách VN, đúng không? Nhưng có băn khoăn là ở Cavico VN (thành phần chính của Cavico Corp) có nhiều vốn góp của TCT nhà nước nên cơ quan quản lý nhà nước có cần biết đến sự việc này không?
